Website measurement and your choices

Updated October 22, 2026.

We use Google Analytics on selected general-information pages to understand visits and improve the site. Basic analytics runs by default for visitors identified as being in the United States, unless they have opted out or enabled a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. For other or unrecognized locations, Google Analytics remains off unless the visitor chooses to allow analytics cookies. Google may process pageviews, browser and device details, approximate location, timing and cookie identifiers. We do not send form entries, email addresses, URL query strings, referral URLs or religious-interest profiles to Analytics. Google advertising features and Facebook tracking are disabled. Use Privacy settings in the footer to turn analytics off or change your choice. Measurement details and How Google uses information.

Where measurement runs

Only About, Resources, Privacy, Terms, Disclosures and Publishing Standards pages. Journeys, forms, purchases and downloads are not tracked by this setup. Pages with query strings or fragments are excluded.

Location check

The hosting server uses a locally stored country database to estimate whether a connection is from the U.S. It does not send your address to a lookup service. Country estimates can be imperfect, for example when using a VPN. Unknown locations and unavailable or expired lookup data default to analytics off. IP Geolocation by DB-IP.

Your choice

The small Privacy settings link in the website footer lets you allow analytics cookies, turn analytics off entirely, or return to regional defaults. A saved choice lasts up to 180 days in this browser; clearing browser storage removes it. Global Privacy Control overrides an allow choice. You may also use browser controls to block cookies or scripts. Declining does not affect tools or downloads.

Analytics uses Google’s existing Christian Guys stream. Google advertising features, Google signals, automatic form/link tracking and Facebook tracking are off. The site does not use your activity to infer religious beliefs. Standard hosting/security logs and services you explicitly use, such as newsletter signup, are separate from Analytics.
