See the goal
God’s purpose is to conform His people to the image of His Son—not merely to make life easier.
Describe one way the character of Jesus challenges your present habits.
Guided Pathway · Become Like Christ
Bring your life into the light of the gospel and pursue repentance, holiness, wisdom, self-control, and perseverance in the power of the Holy Spirit.
Begin with ScriptureHow to use this pathway
Move at a thoughtful pace. Read each passage in its context, ask the Holy Spirit for understanding, act on what is clear, and talk about it with a pastor or mature Christian. The goal is faithful response, not fast completion.

Describe one way the character of Jesus challenges your present habits.
Repentance brings sin into God’s light, receives His cleansing, and turns toward obedience.
Confess specifically to God and, where wise, to a mature Christian who can walk with you.
Grace trains disciples to put sinful patterns away and practice the character of Christ.
Replace one recurring sinful response with one concrete, Scripture-shaped act of obedience.
Character is formed over time, in dependence on God and through the encouragement of other believers.
Arrange a recurring conversation with a trusted brother for prayer, truth, and accountability.
Bring someone with you
Ask one trusted Christian man to pray with you, discuss the passages, and encourage faithful action. If you are not connected to a church, make that connection part of this pathway.
